A message from our CEO

“Our team remains committed to ensuring every visit you make to Argyll is inspiring, comfortable and above all – safe. We continue to ensure exceptional levels of cleanliness and hygiene, so you can work with peace of mind.”

John Drover

A few house rules

Creating a workspace that’s safe for everyone takes collaboration. We respectfully ask that you continue to follow these rules.

• Always keep a safe, social distance from others in all areas of the building.

• Let the reception team know about any guests who are visiting, before they arrive.

• Let your guests know in advance that we’ll ask them to show ID and sign in, when they arrive.

• We ask that you wash your hands thoroughly before and after eating in our kitchen areas.

• Clear your desk at the end of each day, so we can sanitise it effectively.

The new clean

With exceptional standards of cleanliness and hygiene, we can continue to make you feel safe and confident coming to work at Argyll. Here’s how we do it:

• Enhanced cleaning throughout the day, particularly in communal areas. By clearing your desk at the end of each day, you help us do this more effectively.

• Our Reception desks have hygiene screens to protect you, your guests and our team.

• Hand sanitiser is available throughout the building.

• We sanitise all meeting rooms in-between each booking.

• We ask that you wash your hands thoroughly before and after eating in our kitchen areas.

• Our buildings have been and will be subject to Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) regimes, in line with Guidance SFG20. All our mechanical and electrical equipment remain in a fully-serviced condition, for the health, safety and welfare of both our customers and our teams.

• Our HVAC systems (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning) are regularly maintained and cleaned with RTU Evaporator cleaner and disinfectant. This product contains QX-60 – a high strength disinfectant that kills 99.9% of germs in 60 second or less.

• We’ve implemented practicable HVAC measures such as increasing the flow of fresh air, and increasing cleaning and disinfection.

• We continually review the guidance from various sources, including – but not limited to – BESA (Building Engineering Services Association) and CIBSE (Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers) to ensure the safety of our systems.

Moving forwards

We continue to monitor the official government guidance for workplaces, so we can adapt quickly and effectively. Check back here for updates on our health and safety approach.
