Billing & payments

This is where you can view invoices and manage your payment settings.

Invoices and payment history can be viewed and downloaded from the main page.

Make a payment

To make a payment, a payment method needs to be added to the account first.

  • Click on ‘Add New Payment Method’ to add a credit card, debit card, or add a Direct Debit (this will take some time to be verified so allow 7 – 10 working days).
  • Once a payment method has been added, tick the invoice/s that require payment and click ‘Make Payment’.
Pending charges

This section allows you to view any additional services and meeting room charges that will be billed on the next bill run.

You can download your ledger and will also see any outstanding credit notes.

Account settings

This is where primary customers can add or amend payment methods and set up or edit Direct Debit details.

Book a meeting room

There are two alternative views to browse meeting rooms – calendar view and card view. You can choose your experience by clicking the button in the top right-hand corner. We would recommend to use calendar view as this allows you to see the best availability options.

The booking platform will default to search for rooms in your home centre. To change this, click the building name next to ‘Book a meeting room’ and select the building from the dropdown list.

To make a booking, drag the mouse over the desired time slot and the New Booking window will open. Confirm selection and complete the 3 steps:

  1. Add amenities and select ‘Repeat this booking’ if required. Press Continue
  2. Select the number of attendees. Press continue
  3. Select your preferred payment option. If you have a valid discount code, add it here. Click ‘Apply’ and the discount will be visible in the righthand column. Click Confirm booking.
Booking history

The manage bookings page will show you all your bookings across all Argyll locations. Use the filters in the top right to see bookings for today, the week or month.

Click on the three dots next to the booking to:

  • View booking details
  • Edit booking details
  • Cancel your booking – cancellation fees will automatically be applied if cancelled within the cancellation period.

Please note: you will only see the bookings you have made yourself through the portal.

To view the full booking history for your company, go to Subscription.

Subscription

Here you can view your contract services, coworking passes, meeting room packages and track usage.

To view your company’s full booking history, click Subscription > Hours > View history, and adjust the date filter to the month you want to view.

Our products and services

In this section you can purchase additional products and services, including coworking passes and virtual office services.

Building information

This section contains important information about your building, the facilities, safety and security information. It also contains key contact details for our team and out-of-hours emergency numbers.
