Meeting room hire in Covent Garden starts from £100 per hour for the Quincey room, which seats up to four, and the Glasse room, which seats up to six, is from £130 per hour. What makes Hudson House a distinctive place to meet?
Hudson House is a Grade II listed building designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens, and was once home to the editorial offices and printworks of Country Life magazine. Original features, including marble floors and vaulted ceilings, have been carefully kept, so your meeting takes place in a setting with real heritage and character.
Can you arrange catering for my meeting?
We work with industry-leading catering suppliers and can accommodate most dietary requirements, including gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, nut-free and halal-certified options. You can see our breakfast and lunch menu here. If you’d prefer to bring your own, please let us know when you book. A corkage fee will apply.
What are your reception opening hours?
Our receptionists are on hand to welcome you and your guests from 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Thursday, and from 8.30am to 4.30pm on Fridays.
How many people can your Covent Garden meeting rooms accommodate?
Hudson House has two meeting rooms: Glasse, for up to six guests, and Quincey, for up to four. Both are designed for calm, private meetings, from client conversations to interviews and focused workshops. For larger groups, our meeting rooms in Holborn are a short walk away.

Hudson House is at 2–10 Tavistock Street, London WC2E 7PP. Covent Garden station, on the Piccadilly line, is four minutes’ walk away, Charing Cross (National Rail, Northern and Bakerloo lines) is six minutes away, and Embankment (Circle, District, Northern and Bakerloo lines) is around eight minutes away.
