This summer, we were delighted to welcome two fantastic interns to Argyll through the 10,000 Black Interns Foundation programme.
The Foundation is dedicated to championing underrepresented talent across UK sectors, with a mission to create equitable opportunities for Black students and graduates. By tackling the underrepresentation of Black talent in the workplace, the programme empowers individuals to develop their skills, gain experience, and thrive in their chosen careers.
Shantel joined our Hill Street and Farm Street teams as a Customer Service Assistant, bringing energy and dedication to her role. David became part of our Marketing team at Central Court, contributing creativity and fresh ideas to ongoing projects.
This year marked our second summer intake through the programme, and we are proud to continue playing a part in supporting early career professionals.
We recently caught up with Shantel and David to hear about their time at Argyll, the skills they’ve developed, and their favourite moments from the experience.
