At Argyll, we believe that exceptional workplaces support the wellbeing of everyone who uses them. As part of our ongoing commitment to creating thoughtful, inclusive workplaces, we are proud to share that we have achieved “Committed” status as both a Menopause Friendly and Menstruation Friendly workplace

This milestone represents an important step in how we support women across our spaces, from our team members to the many customers who work within our buildings each day.

A recognised commitment to women’s health

Achieving “Committed” status means we have moved beyond raising awareness and into active, long term advocacy.

For Argyll, this recognition also signals a clear commitment to breaking down the taboos that can surround hormonal health in professional environments. Supporting wellbeing and inclusion is a core part of working at Argyll. By acknowledging these topics openly and thoughtfully, we aim to create workplaces where conversations around wellbeing feel normal, supportive, and respectful.

Supporting everyday wellbeing across our buildings

Alongside this recognition, we are introducing practical initiatives designed to support women day to day within our buildings.

We have made sanitary products available for our team members across all our buildings and, this month, we are launching a three month trial of premium period care provisions across some of our sites. Through a new partnership with Mooncup, a leading ethical period care provider, we will supply premium sanitary products for use within our spaces.

Mooncup holds the highest B Corp score in its industry in the UK, reflecting strong commitments to ethical production and environmental responsibility. Their products are plastic free, vegan, and manufactured in the UK, aligning with Argyll’s wider focus on sustainability and quality.

By introducing these provisions, we hope to make small but meaningful improvements that support comfort, dignity, and convenience within the workplace.

Part of our wider diversity, equity and inclusion strategy

This initiative forms part of our broader Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategy, which focuses on creating environments where people feel respected, supported, and able to do their best work.

Becoming a Menopause and Menstruation Friendly employer reinforces our commitment to normalising conversations around women’s health and ensuring that our workplaces reflect the realities of modern professional life.

We are proud to be taking practical steps that help remove barriers and support wellbeing in a premium, professional setting.

Continuing to learn and improve

To support our ongoing development of best practice, we work closely with Henpicked, the organisation behind the Menopause Friendly and Menstruation Friendly employer standards.

Henpicked is widely recognised for its leadership in providing education and resources that help organisations better support women in the workplace. Their work has helped shape national conversations around menopause and menstruation in professional environments, encouraging employers to build policies, cultures, and support systems that genuinely meet people’s needs.

If you would like to learn more about the programme or explore how your organisation can make similar commitments, we encourage you to visit Henpicked.

Creating workplaces that work for everyone

At Argyll, we are always looking for ways to improve the experience of our spaces for the people who use them every day.

Achieving “Committed” status as a Menopause and Menstruation Friendly employer represents another step forward in building workplaces that are not only beautiful and professional, but also thoughtful, inclusive, and supportive. These values shape life at Argyll and influence how we continue to evolve as an employer and workspace provider.

We look forward to continuing this work and making our environments even better for everyone who walks through our doors.
